Ritual: Seed Blessing for New Beginnings
Hold a seed in your hands—herb, flower, or vegetable—and breathe your intention into it. As you plant it in soil, visualize your goal taking root. Water gently and place in sunlight. Tend to it over the coming weeks as a living symbol of your desire manifesting.

This month’s arcane concept explores how opposing forces—light/dark, expansion/contraction—interact to generate magical momentum. Understanding polarity enhances spellcasting, protection work, and manifestation practices.
✨ Spell or Ritual of the Month
Spell: The Equinox Balancing Candle Spell
Purpose: To restore harmony and prepare your energy body for spring growth
Instructions:
- Ingredients:
– One white candle
– One green candle
– Lavender or rosemary
– A small dish of water
– A stone symbolizing grounding (hematite, jasper, or onyx) - Steps:
- Place the candles side by side—white for purity and clarity, green for growth and renewal.
- Set the dish of water before them and the grounding stone behind them, forming a simple equinox altar.
- Light both candles at the same time, saying:
“As light and dark stand equal in the world, so may they be equal within me.” - Breathe deeply, sensing equilibrium settling in your body.
- When ready, snuff the candles and carry the grounding stone with you for the next three days.
- Timing: Best performed on the day of the Spring Equinox or within the three days surrounding it.
